If you're reading this, it means you've decided to start baking at home. Just so you know, you've come to the right place. Our baking department is growing, and you can consider us your one-stop shop for stocking up the baker's kitchen of your dreams. To get you started, here is our list of essential tools you will need:
Measuring Cups and Spoons
Every recipe you'll find online or in a cookbook will give ingredient measurements in cups and spoons. So, if you're going to follow such recipes, you will need a set of measuring cups and spoons.
Spatula
Stirring, mixing, scraping, or spreading, spatulas can do almost everything. Make sure you get a silicone one because they are flexible and can be used at high temperatures.
Baking Trays
Start with 3 baking trays in the beginning. Remember, the heavier the bottom, the better it is for baking.
Baking Pans and Tins
Baking pans and tins come in various shapes, sizes, and materials. If you're just getting started, we would recommend one circular, one square, and one rectangular-shaped pan.
Sifter
Did you know that sifting aerates the dry ingredients and helps remove unwanted particles? An essential tool for any baker.
Brush
Brushes will help you milk wash, egg wash, and apply butter or oil without making a mess.
Mixing Bowls
Mixing bowls also come in different sizes, so grab 2 to make life easier for you.
